Here are three great flavors for you and your family to enjoy during spring/summer with the family. They are easy and fast to make. My daughter has been so excited to make this video. She saved up money for 3 months (all her quarters, dimes, dollar bills, etc.) to buy everything in the video herself. She was so proud and so was I. She was determined to do this and I couldn’t be happier for my big baby (she just turned 4). She is just now learning English (her first language is Portuguese) and I thought it came out so cute! I hope you enjoy!
Popsicle # 1 – All natural fruits – Strawberry, Mango and kiwi
INGREDIENTS
- 10 strawberries
- 3 mangos
- 6 kiwis
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend all 3 fruits separately. Place them into the popsicle mold a fruit at a time (I bought mine at Publix for $2, but you can use plastic cups too if you don’t have any). Place it in the freezer for 6
hrs or as needed. Enjoy!
Popsicle # 2 – Strawberry and Jello with sweet condensed milk
INGREDIENTS
- 5 strawberries
- 1 small Jello pack
- 1 can of sweet condensed milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Jello – To make the jello boil half a cup of water, melt the ponder into the boiling water. Place another half cup of cold water into it and mix. ( I did not make the jello with 2 cups of water as told because I wanted a stronger texture.
Blend the strawberries and ready jello. Fill up the popsicle molds unto the top. Freeze for 1-3 hrs or as needed without the popsicle sticks (popsicle needs to be hard on the outside but not fully frozen on the inside.) Once it’s like that take out the center with a knife without touching the sides (not too much, just enough to open a space like 2 straws). Place the condensed milk in the center and cover the top of the popsicle with the left over of the strawberry and Jello mix. Freeze 6 hrs or as needed.
Popsicle # 3 – Strawberry mouse and strawberries
INGREDIENTS
- 10 strawberries
- 1 small Jello pack
- 1 can of sweet condensed milk
- 1 can of table cream
INSTRUCTIONS
I had left over from the Jello/strawberry mix on the popsicle above. (instructions above)
Mouse – Place half of the Jello/strawberry mix into the blender. Add 1 can of sweet condensed milk and 1 can of table cream. Blend and its ready.
Fill up the popsicle mold half way with the cream and the top half with the Jello/strawberry mix or place a little bit of each to create a fun pattern.
